“Game of Thrones” Season 6 premieres Sunday on HBO. With a new episode comes speculation about what will happen in the series known for jaw-dropping surprises, deaths and dragons.
This one is easy with the only question being just how long it takes for Jon Snow (Kit Harington) to come back from the dead. It’s likely the “Game of Thrones” Season 6 premiere, “The Red Woman,” begins with a few scenes that establish some of the narrative arc that will be addressed in the upcoming episodes. It could involve the aftermath of the Battle of Winterfell or perhaps the reintroduction of Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead). “Game of Thrones” Season 5 started with a Cersei (Lena Headey) flashback, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility that the new season starts with a flashback to young Ned Stark at the Tower of Joy cutting to a scene involving Bran and the three-eyed raven beyond the Wall.
